Injectable Treatments

Keep treated areas clean, avoid unnecessary touching or pressure, and follow any advice about exercise, heat, alcohol, makeup and skincare given at your appointment. Do not massage or manipulate treated areas unless specifically advised.

Skin Treatments

Use gentle skincare, avoid picking or scratching treated areas, and avoid strong acids, retinoids and other active products until you have been advised they are suitable to restart. Use broad-spectrum SPF and protect the skin from excess sun exposure.

Plasma Pen

Keep the treated area clean and follow the specific cleansing instructions provided. Do not pick or remove any small crusts that form. Avoid makeup, swimming, saunas, intense heat and direct sun exposure until advised that the skin has healed sufficiently.

If you have concerns about your recovery, contact Gail or the clinic for advice. If you develop severe, rapidly worsening or unexpected symptoms after a treatment, seek urgent medical advice.

Do I need a consultation?

For many treatments, a consultation helps us understand your concerns, discuss your goals and make sure the treatment is appropriate for you. We will always discuss the treatment and answer your questions before proceeding.

How do I book an appointment?

We keep all appointments manually arranged. Please DM us on Instagram or Facebook with your preferred date and time and the treatment you are interested in. Our team will then contact you to arrange your appointment.

Will I need time off after my treatment?

This depends on the treatment. Some treatments have little or no downtime, while others can cause temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising. We will explain what to expect before your appointment.

How long do treatments take?

Treatment times vary depending on the procedure and the area being treated. Your appointment details will be discussed with you when your treatment is arranged.

Can I wear makeup after a treatment?

This depends on the treatment. Some procedures require you to avoid makeup for a period afterwards, while others may allow you to return to your normal routine sooner. Follow the specific advice given after your appointment.

Can I exercise after a treatment?

Some treatments require strenuous exercise to be avoided for a short period afterwards. Because aftercare varies between treatments, we will give you the appropriate guidance for your procedure.

Can I use a sunbed after a treatment?

We recommend avoiding sunbeds while your skin is healing after treatment. UV exposure can irritate treated skin and may increase the risk of pigmentation changes. The length of time you should avoid UV exposure depends on the treatment, so follow your personalised aftercare advice.

Can I go in the sun after a treatment?

Protect treated skin from strong sunlight while it is healing. Use broad-spectrum SPF and follow the specific sun-exposure guidance given for your treatment.

Can I use my normal skincare after treatment?

Some treatments require active skincare products such as retinoids, acids or exfoliants to be paused temporarily. Use gentle skincare as advised and only restart active products when you have been told it is appropriate.

What aftercare will I receive?

You will receive treatment-specific aftercare advice following your appointment. This may include guidance on skincare, exercise, heat, sun exposure, makeup and touching or massaging the treated area.

What if I have a concern after treatment?

Please contact us if you are concerned about your recovery or notice anything unexpected. If you experience severe, rapidly worsening or urgent symptoms, seek appropriate medical attention.

Can I have treatment if I am unsure whether it is suitable for me?

Please discuss any medical conditions, allergies, medications, previous treatments and other relevant information during your consultation. Suitability is assessed on an individual basis.
